Shipping policy

We currently accept Payment on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.

Rs. 300/- flat rate, or FREE delivery on orders over Rs. 7,000/-.

Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day or the next working day, depending on order time.

Delivery within Karachi: 24–48 hours from dispatch.
Delivery outside Karachi: 3–4 working days from dispatch.

If no one is available to accept delivery, we will reattempt delivery on the next working day. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us and handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders may not be shipped to any address outside Pakistan. Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
