Shipping policy

We Currently Accept Payment on Delivery (COD) Only.

Rs. 200/- Flat Rate or FREE Delivery on orders over Rs 5000/-.

Orders ship within 1-2 days of order date.

Transit time estimated to be 1-2 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation email.

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the nearest Leopards courier Outlet.

Orders may not be shipped to any address outside Pakistan.

Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy:

Cancellation: You may cancel your order before receiving it by contacting our Customer Service. If your order has already been processed, cancellation will be treated as a return.

Return: All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of returned products. Wrong, damaged, defective, or unwanted products can be returned through our Return Form. Defective items can be repaired within six (6) months of purchase.

Exchange: You can exchange your product(s) within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in the original condition. The original invoice and ID must be presented for exchange. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be transferred through Online Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Raast ID. We reserve the right to refuse orders if products are repeatedly returned.

Gift Returns: Gift returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided products are unused and in original condition.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable; deducted from refund amounts.
