Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The Biotherm Biosource Gelée Micellaire is a rich care cleansing and a gentle peeling that is suitable for daily use. The care cleanser with the first non-stick technology and a melting texture contains Life Plankton, which ensures pore-clean skin. Natural microbeads enable gentle cleansing with Biotherm's Biosource Gelée Micellaire. It is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. Other ingredients include an L. saccarina extract, which removes even the smallest impurities, and white pumice. After use, the skin looks visibly smoother and is cleansed down to the pores. The complexion is refined. The care cleaning contains no polyethylene and is 89 percent biodegradable.

The cell water enriched with Life Plankton in Biotherm's Biosource Gelée Micellaire has an antioxidant, regenerating and smoothing effect. Life Plankton is protected by eight patents and convinces above all with its calming, protective and regenerative properties. The cleansing care is applied to damp facial skin, gently massaged in and rinsed off thoroughly with warm water. Avoid the sensitive eye area! If it does come into contact with the gentle gel, rinse off immediately with water. The skin is cleansed down to the pores and feels silky soft.
